Compensation

Base salary $129,389-$143,009
Quality incentives

Responsibilities

Patient Care : Diagnose & treat medical conditions; develop & implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Communication : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster collaboration.

Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records; ensure compliance with coding & billing regulations.

Team Collaboration : Work with healthcare professionals & participate in interdisciplinary meetings.

Quality Improvement : Engage in QA initiatives & analyze clinical outcomes.

Compliance : Adhere to ethical standards & stay informed about healthcare regulations.

Continuous Learning : Stay updated on medical advancements & participate in ongoing education & training.

Qualifications

Successful completion of an accredited NP or PA program.

A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible.

Pay Range

$69.12 - $76.39 per hour (application salary rates may vary).
