Physical Therapist Clinic Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Physical Therapist / Clinic Director to oversee and help grow our physical therapy clinic in Carmel, Indiana . This role offers a unique leadership opportunity with direct involvement from the clinic owners, who are hands-on and work collaboratively each day. You'll be supported in developing your caseload and expanding patient referrals while contributing to the clinic's strategic growth and patient care excellence.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary : Up to $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Full-time salary guaranteed regardless of caseload.
  • Quarterly performance bonuses (up to 2.5% of annual salary).

  • 401(k) with up to 5% match (eligible after 90 days).
  • Paid Time Off : 2 weeks annually.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients with conditions including orthopedic, neurologic, balance, and vestibular disorders.
  • Collaborate with owners and marketing liaison to support patient acquisition, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in the creation and achievement of performance metrics and clinic goals.
  • Oversee the clinical operations and contribute to a positive and collaborative clinic culture.
  • Serve as a mentor and leader to part-time therapists during the clinic's transition and growth period.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Prompt EMR system.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Active and clear Indiana Physical Therapy License required.
  • Experience or background in SNF, home health, acute care, or outpatient settings welcomed.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for high-quality, individualized patient care.

    • Patient Care Details :

  • One-on-one treatment sessions.
  • Treatment times : 40–60 minute intervals.
  • Caseload and service focus will be aligned with clinician's experience and comfort level .
