Job description

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Attractive compensation up to $300,000 based on clinical experience
  • Sign-on bonus of $20,000 plus an additional $10,000 every 6 months
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 403B investment program
  • Generous PTO days, 8 holidays, and 1 floating holiday
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) support : 5 days and $3,000

ROLE AND FACILITY OVERVIEW

  • Dedicated outpatient clinic focus with a variety of common cases
  • Work schedule : Monday to Friday with 4 hours allocated for administrative tasks
  • No weekend or after-hours responsibilities, promoting work-life balance
  • Student Loan Repayment assistance available, with a HPSA score of 21 for Primary Care

    • QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified candidates welcome
  • Open to Visa candidates at this time
  • Late-career physicians are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and warm approach towards patients
