In our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate among ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. You'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safety, and fostering therapeutic relationships.

Your role will include assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and enhancing patient safety. You will also engage in professional development, quality improvement initiatives, and uphold nursing standards.

Licenses & Certifications : Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Degrees : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Required Functional Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Strong patient-focused care, adaptability in clinical situations, proficiency in technology, excellent communication skills, initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
