Smith Ranch Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, a newly owned Generations Healthcare facility, is in search of a Director of Medical Records to join our team.
Job Summary :
The primary role of the Director of Medical Records is to maintain resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with current federal and state guidelines as well as in accordance with our facility's established privacy policies and procedures.
