Deaconess Cross Pointe, a fully accredited 60-bed inpatient facility, is seeking a BC / BE C&A Psychiatrist to join its growing team!! We offer competitive compensation (Year 1 base salary guarantee of $375,000 plus a $75,000 sign-on bonus) , comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and CME allowance. Role Responsibilities :

• Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents.
• Provide medication management.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs & provide supervision as needed.
• Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with families, schools, and community resources to ensure continuity of care and support for young patients.
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards for psychiatric care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR (EPIC).

Deaconess Cross Pointe (DCP) offers a full continuum of behavioral health services, including outpatient programs and a fully accredited 60-bed inpatient facility.
