Shift : 8 Hours - Day Shifts

Job Schedule : PRN

Weekly Hours : Varies

Salary Range : $35.00 - $52.00

Department Details

We value flexibility and are looking for someone who is available to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings. There is also potential to progress towards a full-time position if desired.

Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a dedicated, communicative, and empathetic physical therapist to diagnose and treat individuals facing mobility challenges. Your role will be crucial in enhancing their quality of life by alleviating pain and improving overall physical function. Our treatment plans require creativity, collaboration, and a problem-solving attitude to deliver optimal care for our patients and residents.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead physical therapy programs that support recovery, improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
• Accurately document patient / resident evaluations and progress.
• Educate patients / residents and their families on treatment plans and self-care exercises.
• Maintain documentation standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and record the therapeutic progress while suggesting necessary modifications.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations during the therapy process.

Qualifications

Necessary education as required by state licensure.

Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license for the state of practice.

May require a valid driver's license.

Required to obtain and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) within the first 60 days of employment.
