About the Role :
We're seeking passionate and skilled Emergency Room RNs (Registered Nurses) to join our fast-paced Emergency Department team. In this role, you'll provide and coordinate patient-centered care in the ER, working alongside physicians, EMS, and other healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct nursing care in the Emergency Department (ER), assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients with urgent and critical conditions.
- Triage patients using the Emergency Severity Index (ESI) to prioritize treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while following hospital and Texas Board of Nursing policies.
- Collaborate with physicians, EMS, and the healthcare team to stabilize and treat patients.
- Educate patients and families on discharge instructions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Perform daily checks on monitors, crash carts, oxygen cylinders, and other essential equipment.
- Use AIDET and SBAR for professional, clear communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Support hospital operations by stocking supplies, maintaining clean workspaces, and floating to other units as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS : Experience :
Communication, organizational, computer skills, team player, work independently and under quickly.Education :
Graduate of accredited school of nursing. 1 -2 years of ED experience preferred. BSN preferred. Licensure / Certifications :Current professional RN license issued and / or recognized by Board of Nurse examiners for the State of Texas. BLS and ACLS required. PALS or ENPC certification is required within 6 months of hire.
