Function : Endodontist or General Dentist with strong Endo experience

Facility Location : Dayton, OH 45429

Assignment Dates

Immediate for 1-2 days per week, ongoing

Schedule / Shifts : Fri 8a-3p (preferred), Mondays as second day option (7 : 30a-4p)

Patient Volume : 7 on average

Procedures : all endo procedures (mainly molar and retreatments)

Support Staff

Endo Coordinator Specialists, EFDA trained in Endo, DA, Hygienist
