Location : Grand Rapids, MI

Status : Full-Time | 4 Days / Week (8 AM 3 PM) with 5 days available (MondayFriday; Friday hours end at 2 PM)

Compensation & Benefits : $240,000$400,000+ annually (current associate is earning $400,000 on a 4-day work week)

Mentorship here means working side-by-side with experienced board certified pediatric dentists, offering nearly every aspect of pediatric dentistry. Youll gain real-world experience in moderate conscious sedation, GA cases, and much more . Youll learn proven techniques for safe, efficient, and confident treatment. It's structured, hands-on, and designed to help you grow into a truly well-rounded providerfast.

What Youll Do

• Deliver comprehensive pediatric dental care.
• Treat patients under moderate sedation and office-based general anesthesia (mentorship provided if you aren't experienced in this aspect).
• Secure hospital privileges to care for special needs patients at the local childrens hospital. ( Helen DeVos Childrens Hospital )
• Communicate treatment confidently with parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and a 40+ member team across two state-of-the-art offices.
• Participate in on-call rotation and remain flexible to team needs.
• Grow your clinical and leadership skills in a mentorship-rich environment.

Qualifications :

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pa y : $1,200 daily guarantee or 3035% of monthly production (whichever is greater)
