Job File Coordinator
The Job File Coordinator is responsible for tasks related to customer calls, project monitoring, tracking, coordination, and project audit. General office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports, are also included in this role.
Key Performance Indicators
Primary Roles and Responsibilities :
Customer Satisfaction
Assist with customer service and management of the customer experience.
Project Initiation
Enter lead / jobs into the operating system and make sure all information in the project is correct.
Project Planning
Support Estimator's / Project Managers to ensure customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.
Project Execution
Update budgets.
Necessary Experience and Skill Set :
Physical and Work Environment Requirements :
This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Decision Rights & Authority :
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements :
This is a full-time position, working 8 : 00 a.m.5 : 00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position may require long hours in support of emergency services, and some flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon the business needs.
Compensation : $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
