We're seeking a driven and personable recruiter who's passionate about connecting with people and building teams. Your role will be central to our mission — bringing on new and experienced real estate professionals who align with our values and culture.
The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate recruiting, real estate in general, or a real estate license.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to attract agents at all career stages
- Actively source candidates through social platforms, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach
- Build strong rapport with potential hires, guiding them through the recruitment journey
- Promote our culture, training programs, and unique selling points in a way that resonates with candidates
- Partner with leadership to forecast growth needs and meet hiring targets
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate pipelines and outreach activity
