In your role, you will :

The Registered Nurse (RN) is vital in coordinating a multidisciplinary care team’s efforts for patients under their care. You'll provide direct patient care while partnering with patients, families, peers, physicians, and other team members to ensure quality care for a specified patient population. Employing the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—you will work diligently to maintain and enhance patient outcomes.

As an RN, you will demonstrate leadership and a commitment to professional growth, advancing your skills from novice to expert. You will become an evidence-based scholar, ensuring optimal patient care and advocating for your patients.
