• Shift Details: 5x8 MUST BE FULL TIME, must be flexible no consecutive days (30-minute unpaid lunch) - Monday & Friday shifts high priority

Work Details:

• • PROVIDERS MUST BE ABLE TO FLOAT (MOSES CONE will be the Main Location)
• • No new graduates
• Willing to license for Compact license only
• Moses Cone
• • Medical Direction will be done at this location
• o Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 5 shifts a month
• o Patients per day: 60+ Cases per Day
• o Patient population/age: All Ages
• o Department description: Anesthesiology
• ? 20-ORs (general, ortho, gyn, ent/eyes, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, trauma)
• ? 5-NORA locations (IR, EP, ENDO, MRI)
• o EMR: EPIC
• o Special Equipment: Drager anesthesia machine; Philips monitoring
• o Skills preferred: hearts/ vascular, neuro , peds. Will not be required to hearts & lungs at Cone.

• • Board Certification: Yes, CRNA
• • State license required: Yes, State of North Carolina
• • Minimum experience required: 1 2 years (No new graduates)
• • Certification Required: ACLS & PALS
