AVP, US Regional Respiratory Marketing

The AVP, US Regional Respiratory Marketing will lead an organization of ~15 employees. The role will report to the Vice President & leader of the Respiratory Business Unit. Primary responsibilities include :
Education : Required : Bachelor's Degree. Preferred : MBA or equivalent business qualification.
Required Experience and Skills : Minimum 10+ years combined experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with experience in respiratory or related products. In-depth experience of marketing, marketing customer management, sales, market access, marketing support or related experiences. In-depth understanding of Respiratory healthcare market dynamics, around marketing innovation & capabilities, and the science of Respiratory. Understanding of healthcare trends and marketing strategies and their potential impact upon our Company's business opportunities.
People Leadership : Strong people leadership skills including the ability to motivate and inspire large multi-faceted teams. Leadership and Impact : Proven track record of high-performance launches and / or driving business results, as well as, exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Innovative Thinking : Demonstrated ability to leverage innovation to drive results. Collaboration : Strong collaboration skills, both within commercial teams and cross divisional teams. Strategic Thinking : Proven ability to analyze complex data and create clear patient and customer centric strategies. Compliance : Knowledge of the regulatory and compliance environment for pharmaceutical products, including FDA regulations and guidelines.
