Job description

ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Farmington, Connecticut.

Opportunity :

Interventional Radiologist - Interventional Radiology

Job Details :

  • Work 10-hour day shifts with rotating start times at 7 : 00 AM, 7 : 30 AM, or 8 : 00 AM
  • 40 hours per week guaranteed
  • Rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities
  • Contract lengths available : 16, 20, or 26 weeks
  • No floating required
  • Perform interventional and special radiographic procedures
  • Operate diagnostic equipment and apply radiation safety protocols
  • Maintain infection control and patient safety standards
  • Radiography Registry [R.T. (R)] by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required
  • Two years experience performing interventional and special radiographic procedures required
  • Hybrid interventional radiology experience preferred
  • Cardiac Interventional or vascular interventional registry by ARRT required or must be registry eligible and obtain within six months
  • Connecticut State license to practice radiography required
  • BLS certification required and must maintain during employment
  • ACLS certification required and must maintain during employment
  • Considerable knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and diagnostic equipment required
