Hours : Monday–Friday, Days (36-40 hours Full-Time Schedule)

Reports To : Director of Nursing

As a key member of our healthcare team, you’ll support physicians and nursing staff by providing general patient care, assisting with procedures, preparing exam rooms, managing appointment logistics, and ensuring every patient receives a seamless, positive experience.

Shifts between 7 : 30 AM and 5 : 00 PM , with early Fridays (off at 4 : 00 PM)

What You'll Do :

Provide age-appropriate, general patient care under clinical supervision

Take vital signs, review medications, and gather health history

Prepare exam rooms and maintain medical supply inventory

Assist during procedures and ensure equipment readiness

Manage patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and chart preparation

Perform office-based tests within scope of practice

Enter patient data into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

Make reminder calls and assist with phone inquiries

What We're Looking For :

6 months to 1 year of experience preferred—but we’re willing to train the right candidate!

Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills

Strong computer skills (Windows / EMR)

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

A passion for delivering patient-centered care
