Essential Functions & Primary Duties :

• Gain an understanding and assist in examining multiple consumer and small business loan portfolios
• Review and analyze business and personal financial statements
• Assist in the spreading of financial statements, a necessary first step in commercial lending
• Participate in client assignments from beginning to end
• Identify and communicate issues, technical matters, and improvement opportunities with senior associates, managers, Directors and Managing Directors to resolve client issues discovered during the exam or project
• Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all levels of client staff to increase customer satisfaction and to strengthen client relationships
• Adhere to providing exceptional service to every client via individual attention, responsiveness, and commitment to understanding their goals and needs
• Maintain and comply with the highest degree of professional standards, client confidentiality, and personal conduct

Compensation :

The hourly rate for this job in this market is $20-$40. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position. The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
