BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active NY license and DEA Start date ASAP Mon - Fri 2 days per week 8 : 30a-5p, 2 days per week 8 : 30a-7 : 30pm and Fridays 8 : 30a-2p Outpatient clinic MA and NP / PAs available for support staff 5 Primary health locations within Nassau County and southeast Queens Family oriented private practice with very knowledgeable and compassionate leaders Approx. 25 ppd.
