Job Overview : Our client is seeking two experienced Business Analysts with hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionality, along with prior experience supporting and enhancing platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities : Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform Manage and coordinate new implementations, system upgrades, and enhancement initiatives Conduct intake and review of ServiceNow tickets Collaborate with the team to prioritize and manage backlog tasks Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions Required Experience : Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with proficiency in at least 2 3 of the following modules : ITSM (IT Service Management) ITOM (IT Operations Management) Workplace Service Delivery Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Vulnerability Response Software Asset Management Human Resources (HR) Business Continuity Disaster Recovery Vendor Management CMDB (Configuration Management Database) APM (Application Portfolio Management) Previous experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator is highly desirable Ability to understand and support workflow design and automation Additional Notes : Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are essential Candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 basis (no C2C or 1099)
