Overview
IDG is looking for a highly skilled and visionary Vice President of Product Design to help hire, develop, and lead a growing team of designers & researchers. As the VP of Product Design, you will report to the CTO and will play a pivotal role in shaping the design vision and direction of our products alongside product and engineering leaders, fostering creativity and innovation, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional end-to-end experiences that are not only visually appealing and intuitive but exceed market and customer needs.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $189,000 and $280,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
