Managing Director

The Managing Director will be a senior coverage banker within the Corporate Banking Division with client and prospect activities focused on Healthcare Services companies. This role serves as the point person on the complete client transactional process, including new client acquisition, deal origination, financing, idea generation, term sheet negotiation, underwriting, documentation, and closing the transaction.

This senior Healthcare Banker will also be responsible for cross-selling the full suite of Citizen's Capital Markets and Treasury Management products to the Healthcare Services client universe. This role can be located anywhere within the Citizens Bank footprint.

Responsibilities :

• Actively partner with portfolio management, leveraged finance, capital markets and risk management.
• Demonstrate commitment to both growing existing client relationships and developing new relationships through a rigorous prospect calling effort.
• Responsible for driving the overall client relationship and profitability and will be cross-selling the full slate of bank products.
• Interact with senior management of public and privately owned healthcare companies and Private Equity firms' portfolio companies.
• Develop new relationships and up-tiering the bank's position with existing clients through proactively presenting financial solutions.
• Develop and deliver presentations to the bank's senior management at screening and approval meetings in conjunction with deal team partners.
• Influence and function well in a team environment and view credit / client situations from multiple angles, debate the merits of a given transaction and defend their position both internally and externally.
• Closely monitor changes in government Healthcare policy and sub-sector reimbursement trends.
• Maintain the effective license to operate by sustaining a high level of trust and confidence by senior line and risk management.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $252,500 - $325,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, relevant skills, and experience.
