We are seeking a creative and innovative Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of design principles, trends, and the product lifecycle. This role involves conceptualizing and creating unique clothing designs that resonate with our target audience while ensuring high-quality garment construction.

• Duties
• Develop original clothing designs from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, to create detailed design sketches and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and production to ensure designs meet market needs and production capabilities.
• Conduct research on fashion trends, color theory, and materials to inform design decisions.
• Manage the product lifecycle from initial concept through to production, ensuring timely delivery of collections.
• Oversee garment construction processes, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production phase.
• Engage in fashion styling for photoshoots and promotional materials to showcase designs effectively.
• Create illustrations and technical drawings for presentations and documentation purposes.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor offerings to inform future collections.
• Qualifications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and CAD software is essential.
• Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and sewing machine operation.
• Experience in fashion retail or merchandising is preferred.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and color theory is beneficial.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management processes is a plus.
• Background in theater or performance arts can enhance creative design perspectives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Pay : $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
