Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager responsible for managing foreclosure and bankruptcy activities. Key Responsibilities Oversee mortgage accounts to ensure compliance with foreclosure and bankruptcy processes Conduct reviews of bankruptcy files and manage proceedings by coordinating with various parties involved Monitor attorney performance and manage reports to drive workflow and minimize risk Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 4-7 years of directly related experience in Mortgage Foreclosure, Mortgage Servicing, or Bankruptcy Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Black Knight MSP preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure Strong leadership skills to coach and motivate team members
