FHP Manufacturing, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is a joint venture between Robert Bosch (BOSCH Group) and Carrier Corporation.

FHP Manufacturing is a leader in the production of geothermal and water source heat pumps, providing some of the most efficient heating and cooling comfort solutions in the industry.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Line/Test Associate. This position plays a key role in assembling and troubleshooting failures of heat pumps & test equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability and a commitment to precision, safety, and quality in a fast-paced production environment.
For Associates working on the assembly line, tasks include but are not limited to:
    \n
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety absolute and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Train or assist in training operators of run off stations to ensure tests are being properly performed, help to identify and resolve improvement opportunities and gaps with training
    • \n
  • First escalation point of contact for testing and programming operations: Leak Test, Final Run Test, Motor Programming, and Controller Programming

  • Teamwork: Assist with training new

Qualifications
    \n
  • Ability to read and apply work instructions, follow directions, understand and execute safety and quality procedures.
    • \n
  • Must be flexible to work in other departments when requested. Must be able to work overtime when requested.
    • \n
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English.
    • \n
  • Manufacturing experience in assembly and/or troubleshooting skills
    • \n
  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
