Job Description

In our Motorcycle customer call center, our Customer Service Representatives provide quality customer service to insureds and customers. In this role, you will resolve service problems in a contact center environment via multiple channels including phone, email and chat with a focus on quality and timely resolution. Under close supervision, you will follow standard processes and procedures on assignments of basic to moderate complexity. You may refer inquiries beyond your level of knowledge or authority to more experienced representatives or published material.

This position will be located at our El Paso, TX or Stevens Point, WI office locations under a hybrid work model.

Based on qualifications and experience, this role can be filled as a Customer Service Representative I, Customer Service Representative II, or Customer Service Representative Senior.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work within our Motorcycle customer call center to provide outstanding customer service by responding to inbound calls.

Additionally, you’ll :

Handle a high volume of phone calls from customers

Perform pre-underwriting screening

Verify coverage, evaluate submitted bills, and authorize payments

Advise customers of billing policies and procedures and process policy changes

Resolve customer inquiries and maintain customer relations

Complete administrative tasks and input customer information into databases for documentation

What it Takes

High School Diploma.

Good human relations skills to deal effectively with customer issues in a professional manner.

Knowledge of how to use a computer, keyboard skills, and familiarity with software applications such as Excel and Word .

Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendance. Hours of this job include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Basic critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills to provide positive resolution.

Previous Call Center experience is preferred

Bilingual (English-Spanish) a plus
