Lab Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and laboratory services industry, is seeking a LAB Research Chemist / Physicist / Engineer II to join their team. As a LAB Research Chemist / Physicist / Engineer II, you will be part of the Laboratory Support Department supporting research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : LAB Research Chemist / Physicist / Engineer II

Location : Brookings, SD (100% onsite)

Pay Range $18 to $22 depending upon experience

Duration : 6 month contract

What's the Job?

Perform sample logging, preparation, and testing within a laboratory setting.

Accurately record and review data to ensure quality and compliance.

Assist in product release processes by adhering to established protocols.

Identify issues or problems during testing and collaborate on solutions.

Support the development and improvement of products, processes, or technologies.

What's Needed?

Bachelors degree

Experience working with moderate work direction in a laboratory environment.

Ability to identify issues and assist in resolving technical problems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills for data review and team collaboration.

Educational background in chemistry, physics, engineering, or related fields preferred.

Follows Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
