Senior Manager Financial Planning

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive business performance

Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights that influence strategy and resource allocation

Develop dashboards and reporting packages for executives, and mentor junior financial analysts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred

7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Experience in distribution, wholesale, or life sciences industry is highly desirable

Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills; proficiency with ERP and BI / reporting tools required

Proven experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes in a dynamic environment
