Customer Service Manager
Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead the front-end operations at their busy construction supplies company in Van Nuys. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for both our customers and their team. This is a contract to hire position with a full-time schedule and 100% onsite in Van Nuys. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, maintaining exceptional customer service standards and prompt, accurate order processing. Direct and mentor counter personnel, including managing schedules, delegating responsibilities, and evaluating team performance. Work closely with warehouse and delivery departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time. Address customer questions, prepare quotations, and manage requests for customized products or special orders. Ensure the sales counter remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with inventory. Contribute to inventory tracking and product merchandising efforts. Drive sales by fostering strong customer relationships and demonstrating solid knowledge of construction tools and related products.
