Details :

• Join a team of 4 hospitalists at a well-respected community hospital
• Manageable patient volumes that prioritize quality over quantity
• 24-hour shifts; minimum 9 shifts per month (flexible scheduling)
• Sleeping arrangements provided with 5+ hours of protected rest time
• Open 4-bed ICU; procedural support available
• Must be board certified / eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with inpatient experience
• Procedural skills preferred but not required
• Supportive local team environment focused on collaboration and work-life balance
