Location : This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location in Wallingford CT. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Business Information Consultant will serve as a key contributor in delivering data-driven insights and analytical solutions to support marketing strategy campaign performance measurement and customer engagement optimization.

How you will make an impact :

Utilize Tableau Adobe Analytics Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Python to translate marketing data into actionable intelligence.

Develop maintain and automate marketing performance dashboards and visualizations in Tableau enabling data transparency and timely insights for leadership and business partners.

Utilize Adobe Analytics and SFMC to track digital and campaign engagement analyzing performance across multiple marketing channels (email web SMS app).

Design and manage data integration workflows between SFMC Adobe Analytics and internal databases to ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting.

Conduct advanced data analysis using Python to identify patterns forecast trends and optimize targeting and segmentation strategies.

Create and maintain data pipelines to support marketing performance measurement and reporting needs.

Generate and automate recurring and ad hoc reports providing clear interpretation of key metrics and business implications.

Partner with marketing IT and analytics teams to translate business questions into analytical requirements building scalable solutions that drive data-informed decision-making.

Monitor campaign performance identify deviations or anomalies and provide recommendations for improvement based on data insights.

Serve as a subject matter expert in marketing data sources and analytics tools providing guidance to other analysts and stakeholders.

Analyze data and summarize performance using summary statistical procedures.

Develop and analyze business performance reports (e.g. for claims data provider data utilization data) and provide notations of performance deviations and anomalies.

Create and publish periodic reports as well as any necessary ad hoc reports.

Provide analytic consultation to other business areas leadership or external customers.

Minimum Requirements :

Requires a BS / BA degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills Capabilities and Experiences :

7 years of experience in marketing analytics or data visualization highly preferred.

Proficiency in Tableau (dashboard development data blending performance tuning) highly preferred.

Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (report building segmentation workspace analysis) highly preferred.

Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) including tracking and automation capabilities preferred.

Strong programming and data analysis skills in Python preferred.

Familiarity with SQL and data querying in relational databases.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audience events.
