Licensed Clinical Supervisor

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to oversee a team of Behavioral Health Specialists and ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities Train new hires on company policies and procedures, acting as a resource for employee questions Track team performance and provide reports on productivity, quality, and metrics Liaise with management to address concerns and propose enhancements for operational efficiency Required Qualifications Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor or in a similar role Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law Highly organized with the ability to operate in multiple software applications Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in behavioral healthcare
