Description We are seeking a focused and compassionate Telemetry Nurse to join our progressive care team. As a Telemetry Nurse, you'll bridge the gap between intensive and general care, managing patients who are stable but still at risk for sudden changes. Key responsibilities include monitoring heart rhythms using specialized telemetry equipment, assessing patient condition, administering medications, responding to arrhythmias or early signs of deterioration, and educating patients and families on cardiac health and recovery plans.
