CA RN License required

Certs : BLS, PALS required

Minimum 3year of experience required

Acute Care experince required

AORN Periop 101 OR 5 years Exp in level 3 / 4 acute care facility.

Proficiency, in at least 3 of the following services : General Surgery, Neurology, Orthopedics / Spine, Otolaryngology / Airway, GU, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Cardiac

Trauma level 1experience required

Charting System : Required; Any

Must have the ability to float to other UCSF Facilities.
