Position Summary

The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) – Operating Room is a frontline clinical leader responsible for supporting the daily operations, staff supervision, and patient care activities within the surgical services department. Working in partnership with the Nurse Manager, the ANM helps ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality perioperative care, while fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth among OR staff.
