Our client, a government agency in Sacramento, California, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Information Technology Systems Support Specialist to join their team. Job Title : Information Technology Systems Support Specialist

Location : Sacramento, California

Pay Range : up to $35

What's the Job?

• Perform onsite support and maintenance for enterprise systems including SAP, Adobe, Microsoft 365, Office 365, VPN, HTML, and CSS.
• Support and troubleshoot client / server systems such as MBASE and Ariel Pension Administration Systems (PAS).
• Maintain and support network systems, both Wi-Fi and wired, ensuring reliable connectivity across the organization.
• Assist with desktop computer systems, including software installation, updates, and troubleshooting for applications like Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Skype, Zoom, and Teams.
• Provide user training, operational assistance, and support for various applications and hardware, ensuring users are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
