Location : Rooftop of Hotel Erwin, Venice, CA

Wage : $22.50 / hour + tips

Job Type : Full-Time or Part-Time

Located high above the Venice Beach boardwalk, our brand-new rooftop restaurant blends Mediterranean-inspired flavors with vibrant energy, DJ sets, and sweeping ocean views. Part of the Wish You Were Here Group —a hospitality collective known for globally inspired food, drink, and design—this new concept brings a breezy, elevated experience to one of LA’s most iconic neighborhoods.

About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, detail-oriented Bussers to join our opening team. As a Busser, you’ll play a key supporting role in delivering a seamless dining experience—helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space for guests to relax, celebrate, and enjoy.

What You’ll Do

• Reset and clean tables efficiently and with care during and after service
• Assist servers and bartenders by running food and clearing plates and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations
• Refill water and attend to guest needs in coordination with the service team
• Support opening and closing duties including polishing glassware and restocking supplies
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures
