Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Global Supply Chain Project Management / Principal Project Management Specialist to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is on a 9 / 80 work schedule and will be located in Melbourne, Florida or Clearfield, Utah.

The Project Manager will support the sustainment IPT and Sub IPTs as a focal point for the GSC organization. They will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to; review status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepare status reports, assess project issues developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives, develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Primary Level Salary Range : $63,800.00 - $95,800.00

Secondary Level Salary Range : $78,700.00 - $118,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
