This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-5p, night and weekend call
• Job Setting :  Clinic or Operating Room
• Types of Cases :  Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in Operating Room. Adults only - no Pediatrics
• Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner
• Must have an BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• Active Illinois State License or Interstate Medical Compact Licensure in hand
