Job Summary :
MaineGeneral Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Director of Surgical Services to lead our surgical programs across both the Augusta and Waterville campuses. This leader will oversee the Operating Rooms (ORs) Post-Anesthesia Care Units (PACUs) and Same-Day Surgery departments ensuring excellence in patient care operational efficiency and team development. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of surgical services leadership experience and a strong commitment to MaineGenerals mission of providing exceptional compassionate care to our community.

What Youll Do :
As the Nursing Director of Surgical Services you will provide strategic and operational leadership for all Surgical Services across MaineGenerals Augusta and Waterville campuses.
You Will :
What Were Looking For :
Active State of Maine RN license (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Surgical Services
Proven success in leading teams managing complex operations and fostering a culture of excellence
Strong strategic thinking communication and collaboration skills
