Compensation : $18.00-$20.00 / hr

How does a Parts Counter Drive Impact?

Our Parts Counter will be someone who supports our parts department while providing excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. Some of the responsibilities would include :

• Check in orders, pull orders, and put stock orders away
• Look up parts in catalog, create quotes or invoices as needed
• Create special order requests for parts not in stock and / or acquire in town if possible
• Monitor special orders, upgrade parts if backorder
• Keep good communication with customers, both internal and external
• Actively do cycle counts on the inventory
• Assist the manager with damage / shortage claims with the manufacturer
• Deliver parts to the Technicians
• Set up parts deliveries for wholesale customers
• Assist all customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Scrap warranty and / or obsolete parts
• Embrace and exhibit Walser CORE values
• All other duties, tasks and / or projects as assigned
