Senior Procurement Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Procurement & Contracting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of vendor procurement, ensuring clear requirements and budget alignment

Lead contract execution and negotiations, ensuring compliance with security requirements

Oversee vendor onboarding and risk assessments, and improve procurement processes for operational excellence

Required Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contracting, or vendor management

Proven ability to independently manage contract negotiations and execution

Experience collaborating with security, compliance, and legal stakeholders in regulated environments

Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and improving processes

Bonus : Experience in FedRAMP or similar regulated environments, and familiarity with NIST 800-53
