A company is looking for a Field Support Representative to serve as a liaison between the Home Office team and Area Directors. Key Responsibilities Assist Area Directors in skill development and build one-on-one relationships Train Area Directors on processes and procedures through phone conferences Respond to inquiries and concerns from Area Directors and their advertising clients via phone and email Required Qualifications Ability to learn quickly and a desire for growth Confidence in decision-making based on knowledge and training Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace Resourcefulness and adaptability in a changing environment Ability to work under fast-paced deadlines
