Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training & developing employees.
• Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both fronts of the house & back of the house.
• Must have a proven track record of managing the cost of goods & labor.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective verbal & written communication skills.
