What you'll be doing :

Onboarding & Project Management Support : As a senior member of the Onboarding (“OBX”) team you will lead the onboarding process, including the client transition from sales to account teams, ensuring the use of best practices in project management and familiar tools like Zoom, Salesforce, Slack, Wrike, GSuite, etc.

Liaison Role : Serve as a senior contact between the OBX team, internal client partners, product & analytics, business development, and account teams, as well as facilitate meetings, scheduling, documentation, and overall knowledge sharing.

Communication Leadership : Oversee all internal and external client communication across divisions, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met throughout the onboarding process.

SOP Improvements : Identify areas of opportunity to innovate and automate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for client teams to enhance client onboarding success.

Internal Alignment : Coordinate the internal OBX approach, identify and address gaps across divisions, bringing those opportunities to OBX leadership.

Training Material Development : Support the creation of training materials and conduct presentations for internal teams, as needed.

Process Documentation : Develop processes and related materials within Wrike and other software platforms like Google Drive for easy access and consistency across onboardings and divisions.

Team Training Support : Assist and guide team members in onboarding new clients, offering extra support to those new to the process or in need of a refresher.

Requirements :

5+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 4 years in a client-facing role

Preferred knowledge of multiple digital channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Programmatic, Streaming, etc.)

Understanding of marketing platforms (Meta, Google & Microsoft Ads, Feedonomics, Trade Desk, Youtube, TikTok, DV360)

Experience managing multi-channel client relationships

Ability to build relationships with clients and peers; comfortable presenting to a large group of people with key stakeholders involved

Strong written and oral communication skills, specifically around presentations and spreadsheets

Desire to learn about industry trends and share learnings with larger team

Effective time management and project management skills

Has experience in creating new process / resources & process adoption

Experience in project management platforms (Smartsheet, Monday.com, JIRA, Wrike, Sharepoint)

Experience in training employees on processes preferred

Compensation : The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $75,000 - $85,000 plus performance bonus of up to 8%. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
