Essential Functions :

Delivering exceptional care to the client in her private home

• Evening Hours Mon-Thurs; 4pm-8pm

Complete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)

Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client

Assist with personal care activities to include mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation and assistance with feeding 2 outdoor cats

Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
