We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial and multifamily construction projects in St. Louis, MO. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all phases of industrial and multifamily construction projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project closeout materials
