What You'll Do

Client Implementation Leadership

• Own implementation success for new Health System clients, ensuring timely deployment across both Adonis' operational and technical workstreams.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables spanning data integrations, agent workflow design, product adoption, and more.
• Identify Agent workflow opportunities post-close and collaborate with Product to inform roadmap improvements.

Who You Are

You are a seasoned implementation leader with a strong foundation in healthcare technology, particularly within large Health System environments. You combine operational rigor with relationship excellence, managing complex, cross-functional implementations while serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 $175,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
