Sales Director – Industrial Engineering Services (East Coast)
Location : East Coast (Preferably based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH)
Client Accounts : Eaton & Siemens
Reports To : VP of Sales
Base Salary : $200,000 – $220,000 + Performance-based Incentives (OTE)
🔹 About the Role :
We are looking for a Sales Director – Industrial Engineering Services to drive revenue growth within two strategic accounts : Eaton and Siemens . This is an individual contributor role (not focused on hunting new logos) responsible for developing and expanding business within existing accounts .
The position is account-based , focusing on Engineering Services in the Energy / Electrical sector with emphasis on sustainability , digital transformation , and IT / OT integration . A strong understanding of Siemens Digital Enterprise Suite , PLM / MOM services , and Control & Automation systems is highly valued.
The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding , strategic account management capabilities , and a proven track record of growing revenue in the industrial engineering services domain .
🔹 Responsibilities :
- Drive new business growth within Eaton and Siemens accounts (Current Revenue ~$10M; Target : $15–20M).
- Generate new business opportunities within the accounts by leveraging existing partnerships and introducing new digital offerings.
- Engage CXO-level stakeholders to position LTTS as a strategic engineering partner.
- Understand customer needs in sustainability , digital products , communication & security , and engineering consulting .
- Sell end-to-end engineering services solutions including project-based consulting , managed services , and turnkey delivery models.
- Support project proposals and negotiate contracts in alignment with client goals.
- Forecast revenue quarterly and annually; build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Ensure visits and active engagement at Eaton and Siemens sites as needed.
🔹 Candidate Profile :
8–15 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the US market.4–8 years of hands-on experience selling engineering services to the industrial products domain .Domain expertise in energy, electrical distribution, power management, building automation, industrial controls .Experience working with or selling Siemens-based solutions (e.g., PLM, MOM, SCADA, MES, AIM).Familiarity with digital transformation , Industry 4.0 , and sustainability solutions is highly desirable.Prior experience with CXO-level relationship management and strategic account growth .Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (Visa sponsorship is a last resort).Willingness to travel regularly to Eaton and Siemens sites.Prior team management experience is a plus.
