Palo Alto Firewall Engineer

A company is looking for a Firewall Engineer - Palo Alto SME.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Palo Alto firewall solutions

Serve as the primary SME for Panorama, managing device groups and centralized policy enforcement

Monitor and respond to security events and collaborate with teams for compliance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls

Expert-level proficiency with Panorama and policy management

Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs)

Experience with threat prevention features and security compliance standards

Palo Alto certifications (e.g., PCNSE) strongly preferred
